Who can join?
Members of MAsT must be 18 years of age, but not younger than the legal age of adulthood in local governmental
jurisdictions that are encompassed by the MAsT-Baltimore Charter which stipulates the extended Baltimore metropolitan
area to include those counties north of Baltimore extending into and including Hanover, Pennsylvania and to include
those counties East of Baltimore extending to Southeast Pennsylvania.
How can I join?
Attend 3 MAsT-Baltimore meetings or functions. You will be asked to sign the meeting roster. This probationary time
allows you to learn about the Master/slave lifestyle, experience the dynamics of our chapter, and gives you time to
make an informed decision about your membership. It also gives us time to determine if you are willing to learn and
seek ways to contribute to the group. You may e-mail
